Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate fulfillment process, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once a transaction is completed and the digital artifact has been generated or stored in "The Vault".
In the rare event of a technical malfunction where the digital artifact fails to generate correctly despite a successful payment, users are requested to contact our support team at support@prettypops.store with proof of transaction. We will rectify the technical error and ensure the artifact is delivered.
Transactions cannot be cancelled once the payment gateway has processed the amount. Please ensure all details (names, mandates, partner information) are correct before proceeding to the checkout ceremony.
